Protect your vehicle’s warranty with Ryco Filters
GUD Automotive warrants each of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. It is a condition of this warranty that our products be installed in accordance with current published installation instructions and used and changed in accordance with vehicle, engine or equipment manufacturers’ recommendations.As part of its warranty policy, GUD Automotive will replace any RYCO product found to be defective in workmanship or material. Should any engine or equipment be damaged as a result of the use of a proven defective product, GUD Automotive will pay to restore the engine or equipment to a condition equivalent to the state of the engine or equipment immediately prior to the damage. Consequential damage claims will not be covered by this Warranty.
In order to access the provision of this warranty policy, it is necessary that GUD Automotive be promptly notified of the details relating to any claim against our product. Furthermore, it is necessary that the particular product involved and/or the equipment, which has incurred damage, be available for inspection, prior to dismantling or repairing, by GUD Automotive or its agents.
To expedite the claim process, the product in question must be sent back to the point of purchase and passed on to GUD Automotive for inspection.
This warranty covers product fitted to vehicles in original condition. GUD Automotive does not warrant product fitted to any vehicle that has been changed or modified from original specification.
This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, negligence, accident or any other external factor outside the control of GUD Automotive or that has been improperly maintained, operated or installed.

It should not be taken or construed as in any way affecting or altering the rights of any users of our products under Australian Law, or as precluding GUD Automotive from limiting or excluding its legal liability, subject to applicable laws, in the manner and to the maximum extent permissible under such laws.
